We want you to be satisfied with your Bra Fie LLC purchase. We pride ourselves on meeting a strict two day turnaround, therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, or exchanges with the exception of receiving an incorrect order.

We are not responsible for damage that occured during shipping. That will have to be addressed with the shipping carrier. Orders are entered into our system the day after you order, and processing begins. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds (if applicable)

Will be granted to the same payment method as the original order was made.
