Shipping policy

We use USPS and ship Priority. We also use USPS to ship First Class. Our normal time to process and ship your order is 2 business days. We view orders placed Friday-Sunday or Holidays on the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

We provide an email shipment notification for your tracking purposes to every order to include a final delivery notification. 

Free Shipping is offered on all orders ranging from $75.00 - $200.00. Orders over $200.00 will receive Free Shipping up to $200.00 and be charged regular shipping rates for any additional amount over $200.00.  

 

We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES, however, additional details may be required, for which email correspondence prior to ordering may need to occur to ensure proper delivery. You can email us at contact@brafienaturalhaircare.com. International Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout. Bra Fie LLC does not cover any duties, taxes, or custom fees that may incur with international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
